Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed the following business day from Monday through Friday.
• Orders placed from Friday at 2:00 p.m CET. will be processed the following Monday.
• All orders received on weekends and public holidays in France will be processed the next business day.
• Orders are shipped from France.
• For orders shipped to 'pick-up' points: If the order is not collected within the indicated time frame indicated by the pickup point selected, it will be returned to our warehouse. For a new shipment, the same transport fees will apply.

Rest of Europe:

• 3-5 business days
